having already read the Tess and Q books and loved them along with the first indebted book, was looking forward to some more of the same. But Destroyed was so much better, and that just what it did to me destroyed, how could you not feel in love with FOX/Roan, the strength and forgiveness of Zel and the prue soul of little Clara. It reminds us that know matter how broken we can be with the power of love and forgiveness we can find freedom.
Hi Ms. Winters. Destroyed was the first novel I ever read by you. It was so dark, intense, twisted and beyond words to described. I loved the way you described everything from the beginning to the end (which was in it’s own a beginnig). I never had much interest in this type oh genre and I may never if other author does not write a phenomenal novel such as you. Kudos to your writing. EXCELLENT book and thank you, it was well worth reading.
reading the reviews i’m glad i’m not the only one who read a little bit, cried a little bit then walked around to absorb what I just read. I am rather new to the romance genre and they are all starting to sound alike. Rich guy, hard luck girl, handcuffs are involved and live happily ever after. Well, Destroyed just kicked them all out of the baby pool. Not to mention being perfectly named, Destroyed…..not just speaking of Roan but also of Zel too….perfect. Other authors are going to have to seriously step up their game to catch up to Destroyed. And on a side note…..writing first person from HIS point of view. Brilliant. MORE MORE MORE!!! please consider writing about Oscar, I bet he has some stories to tell about his life with Fox at Obsidian. Brilliant, (f*ucked up but Brilliant) 🙂 Thank you for the ride. I look forward to your other books.
I just finished Destroyed. In my collection of books paperbacks I have close to 1,000 ebooks close to 600. This was by far the most amazing book I have ever read! I have never ever said that before. I have so many wonderful experiences reading books and believe me I do read ALOT! So to say this for me is huge. Pepper winters all I can say is a very heartfelt and sincere thank you. And thank you for the HEA if anyone deserved one Roan and Hazel did. It’s going to be a day or 2 before I can read something else just yet. Now I totally understand a book hangover. Jesse ward from This Man trilogy gave me one but hells bells woman this is a cracker! And you’re an Aussie thank the bloody lord !!!
