I've gotten quite a few messages about Prickles the wild hedgepig who decided we are his benefactors 😆 he's still around. Still following Mo on his nightly walks and sitting on my crocs until I give him dinner. I'm not a massive fan of processed animal sachets but he's filled out so much and seems so much happier and healthier that I'm grateful I was able to help in some small way. (For those who don't know this story, i think Prickles is blind and deaf as no reaction to either of those senses but has a fabulous sense of smell.) I'm now allowed to sneak in a cuddle and I'm honored to have earned his trust. Seems like the word has definitely gotten out that i have a bleeding heart for gorgeous creatures. I'm currently feeding 1 Hedgepig, 14 ducks who fly in morning and night to gobble up duck approved grain and veggies, 1 wild cat called Foggy who I'm trying to befriend before it gets super cold, a family of mice in the barn, 4 pukekoes, untold number of wild bunnies and a gazillion cheeky sparrows who tap the windows for their split peas and apple slices. And that's not including the horses or Mo. I'm definitely the neighborhood wierdo and I'm totally fine with that 😀😃🙂
