Had an impromptu evening ride tonight. Headed to the beach at 5.30. Went around the dunes, then noticed the beach was deserted and decided to have a cheeky gallop. Let's just say, Sonny and Bali decided to race it out and my watch clocked our speed at 48km. Pretty speedy when on the back of a powerful Pegasus. I learned that Bali might not have good breaks with her ex-racing mouth but she listens to my voice and slowed up well once she deemed she'd run the gallop race. Fabulous evening!!!
