I hope you’re having a wonderful day with pets, loved ones, family, or on your own (spoiling yourself). Hubby and I had a lovely morning alternating in hot water and icy plunges and going to the river this evening for a swim as it is H.O.T.

Over 2023, I pretty much read only non-fiction. Books about health, mental clarity, mystic, esoteric, and scientific. All things quantum and woo were my jam in 2023. I was wondering if you wanted me to share my reading list (if you were interested) as some books were INSANELY incredible and changed my entire outlook and happiness. Let me know.
